The following section defines the function of all of the keys on the front of the controller:
1.
Display Screen (2 lines X 20 characters):
1.1. Provides information about the system operation.
1.2. Provides a message for the operator indicating:
Empty product/replace product,
Delay/pump to Washer X
Production Load Counts
1.3. Displays information about the account programs and capsules usage reports.
1.4. Allows authorized personnel to diagnose/calibrate system, or keep logs of
maintenance work performed on the main pump.
2.
OK and Run LEDs:
2.1. OK Green LED indicates power is on.
2.2. Run Green LED indicates the controller is in normal operation mode.

[Esc]
– <Escape> key will back up one screen without saving any changes made to
the current screen.

[Enter
] – <Enter> key advances one screen and/or saves any changes made to the
current data field (except in the Date/Time screen, where F5 key will save the new data).

[<<]
and
[>>]
– <Left> and <Right> arrow keys move the cursor position one space to
the left or right, respectively.

[^]
and
[V]
– <Up> and <Down> arrow keys move the cursor up and down one line in
the menu screens,
except
when entering numerical data, where they scroll through
numerical characters (1 – 0).
Customers’ keypad:
7. Green
[Start]
– After the empty product capsule has been replaced, the operator
needs to press this button to start the product evacuation cycle.
8. Red
[Alarm Silence]
– When the stock solution is below the low level sensor, an
audible alarm is sounded, and a Product-Add light is lit, to notify the operator to replace
the product capsule. This [Alarm Silence] key allows the operator to silence the audible
alarm, before the 15 sec. alarm time out.
9. Blue
[Load Count]
– This key allows the operator to get access to a menu screen
displaying the production load counts of each of the washers, and the total load count of
all washers. Toggle this key again to exit the load count menu.
