To leave the logged Production Load Counts for each of the 3 washers
unchanged, press <Esc> key to exit to the previous menu.
Pressing <F5> will set all Load Counts to 0 (Zeros).

Selecting
“Nr. Caps. Used:” will display the following screen:
Capsule #XX at XX:XX
On MDY: XX/XX/XX
Use the <F5 = Page Up> or <F10 = Page Down> keys to browse the logged data
for the number of detergent capsules being consumed (or replaced) at the
account.
Line 1: this line displays the number of capsules (1 – 60) replaced by the account
personnel at a certain time in the HH:MM format. It is recommended to clear this
log whenever data have been collected to prevent data overflowing. If the log is
not cleared, the data will wrap around the last log: for example, if the last log was
Capsule #60, the next logged data will be Capsule #1, etc. To clear the
Capsules Log, see the next section.
Line 2: this line displays the date the empty capsules were replaced, in the
MM/DD/YYYY format. This line also has a note to remind the user where in the
logged data he/she is at, such as: LAST log/More Log/Go Back/Top Log.

“Clear Capsules Log?” will display the following screen:

Pressing <F5> will set all logged data to 0 (Zeros).
Note: Previously saved data will be permanently lost.

“Main Pump Log:” will display the following screen:

Press <Esc> key to exit to the previous menu.
Line 2 displays the cumulative operational time and status of the main pump.
The main pump life time is expected to be about 7,000 hours. From 1 - 7,000
hours, the status will be displayed as “GOOD”. At 7,000 hours, the display will
change from “GOOD” to “REPLACE” (7,000 - 7,010 hours), suggesting a new
pump to be installed. Then if a new pump is still not installed at 7,010 hours, the
display will change back and stay at 7,000 Hrs. (REPLACE).
