Auxiliary pump cabinet. Use a graduated cylinder to receive and register the
solution at the washer #1 discharge tube.
Line 2: Once the received amount is verified, it can be entered in increments of
0.1 oz (1.0 – 99.9).
Note the cursor is a solid underline bar under the number after the decimal point.
To edit/change the calibrated amount, press <Ent>. Note the cursor is now
changed to a blinking darker square, ready to accept the new data. Use the soft
keys to enter the numbers as described in previous sections, and/or use <Right>
or <Left> arrow keys to move between data fields. The decimal point is pre-
programmed for that data field, i.e. there is no need to enter the amounts using
the decimal point. For example, if the desired amount is 3.8 oz, key in 38, then
press <Ent> key.
Once the new amount is entered correctly, press <Ent> to save the new value.
NOT pressing <Ent> will discard the changes and default back to the factory
settings.
Then press <Esc> to exit to the previous menu.

Repeat the above procedure for the calibration to washers #2 and #3, using the
soft keys F8 and F9, or the Heavy Soil Switches on the User Interface Modules
mounted at the washers.

Ent to Save/Esc=Exit
The hot water valve will always be turned on first when the capsule needs to be
evacuated (when the start button is pushed activating the water spray).
The
cold water valve is set at a fixed value of 1 min, and both valves will be
alternatively turned on based on the following settings:
“0” means the hot water valve will be turned on 4 times, at 2 min each, for
a total hot water spray of 8 min.
“1” means the hot water valve will be turned on 5 times, at 2 min each, for
a total hot water spray of 10 min.
“2” means the hot water valve will be turned on 3 times, at 4 min each, for
a total hot water spray of 12 min.
“3” means the hot water valve will be turned on 2 times, at 7 min each, for
a total hot water spray of 14 min.
The default valve code value is 0 (zero).
