This object is used for connection and connectionless communications, including establishing 
connections across multiple subnets.

The following description of the Connection Manager Object is taken from the CIP specifica-
tion, Vol. 1, Rev. 2.1 by ODVA & ControlNet International Ltd. and adapted to XI/ON.
