CNT:
Bit 0:
0 = ok
1 = short-circuit/open circuit
Bit 1:
0 = ok
1 = short-circuit in sensor power supply

Bit 2:
0 = ok
1 = upper limit wrong
Bit 3:
0 = ok
1 = lower limit wrong
Bit 4:
0 = ok
1 = it is not permitted to invert the level
of the digital input when using the latch
retrigger function
Bit 5:
0 = ok
1 = main count direction wrong
Bit 6:
0 = ok
1 = counter operating mode wrong
Bit 7:
0 = CNT Mode NOT active
1 = CNT Mode active
