7.1 Module arrangement

Complete planning

The planning of a XI/ON station should be thorough to avoid faults and increase operating reli-
ability.

The power to XI/ON systems is supplied from a common external source. This avoids the
occurrence of potential compensating currents within the XI/ON station.

Attention

If there are more than two empty slots next to one another, the communication is
interrupted to all following XI/ON modules.
