1. Click on the SNMP link (Figure 117, A) in the toolbar of the PXG200E
configuration web page.

2. Click v1 Enabled (Figure 117, B) to enable/disable SNMPv1. Default is
enabled.
3. Click v3 Enabled (Figure 117, C) to enable/disable SNMPv3. Default is
enabled.

4. Enter the Read-Only Community String (Figure 117, D) .
5. Enter the Read-Write Community String (Figure 117, E) .
SNMPv3
6. Authentication - The authorization algorithm (Figure 117, F) is
displayed. It is not user defined.
7. Privacy - The privacy algorithm (Figure 117, G) is displayed. It is not
user defined.
8. Enter Read-Only User Name (Figure 117, H) .
9. Enter Read-Only Password (Figure 117, I) . Maximum limit 30
characters.
10. Enter Read-Write User Name (Figure 117, J) .
11. Enter Read-Write Password (Figure 117, K) . Maximum limit 30
characters.
Trap
12. Enter the Trap Recipient Community String (Figure 117, L) .
13. Enter the Trap Recipients (IP/Host Name) (Figure 117, M) and click on
the button (Figure 117, N) to add additional Trap Recipients.
14. When you are done adding all of the trusted hosts, you can SAVE ALL
SETTINGS, VIEW CHANGES or DISCARD CHANGES that you have
