The file you selected appears in the box next to the BROWSE button

During the upload process the screen will report on the progress

After the file has been uploaded successfully the PXG200E will reboot. 
The screen will have an indication that the PXG200E is rebooting 

(Figure 111, B)

Wait at least four minutes for the PXG200E to completely reboot.

The home web page should appear. If not, press the F5 key on your 
computer keyboard.

NOTICE: If you have set any additional parameters or alarm 
attributes to the default EDS, they will be lost or become floating 
to a node with no value attribute. This will cause the affected 
device to display improperly. After the restore has completed, make 
sure you edit the EDS with the correct parameter and alarm 
attribute values.
