Manually Enter IPv4 Address
4. If your network uses a static IP address:
NOTICE: The data in these fields must be entered using the
correct format or an error message will appear.
a. Uncheck the “Automatically Obtain IP Address” box (Figure 93, A) .
b. Enter the Static IP Address (Figure 93, B) .
NOTICE: Changing the static IP address will disconnect your
browser if you are configuring through the Ethernet LAN
port on the PXG200E.
c. Enter the Netmask (Figure 93, C) .
d. Enter the Gateway (Figure 93, D) .
e. If you will be using one or more Domain Name Servers, type the IP
address of each Domain Name Server in the corresponding Name
Server box
(Figure 93, E) . Up to three IP addresses can be entered.
NOTICE: When you enter the configuration for any
Application Server (such as Access Control) you will be
asked for the address of the host or server. If you enter the
name of the server instead of the IP address you MUST enter
the IP address of at least one Domain Name Server in a
Name Server box
