Scio Four Oxi plus
The Scio Four Oxi plus continuously measures the
content of CO
2
, N
2
O, O
2
and one of the anesthetic
agents Halothane, Isoflurane, Enflurane,
Sevoflurane and Desflurane in any mixture. It
automatically identifies the anesthetic agent that is
present in the highest concentration. It
communicates real time and derived gas
information to the host system. The monitor saves
values derived by the modules in its trend storage. The Scio Four Oxi plus module
calculates both inspiratory and expiratory O
2
values (iO
2
and etO
2
).
Scio Four Oxi
The Scio Four Oxi continuously measures the
content of CO
2
, N
2
O, O
2
, and one of the anesthetic
agents Halothane, Isoflurane, Enflurane,
Sevoflurane and Desflurane in any mixture. You
must manually select the primary anesthetic agent
(see page 23-21).
The Scio Four Oxi communicates real time and derived gas information to the host

NOTE: Scio Four Oxi displays the message AA? in the MultiGas parameter box and
Agent? in the agent parameter box until user selects agent in the parameter menu.
