When a checkbox is selected, other phone
numbers or mail addresses are grayed out and
the checkbox cannot be selected. To select a
checkbox, clear the checkboxes first.

smaller and whose width or height is 854 dots or
smaller. However, you cannot add images other
than JPEG or GIF.
