Setting an access point (e.g. Internet
service provider)
Packet communications and 64K data
communications use different access points. Select
an access point supporting packet communications
for packet communications, and FOMA 64K data
communications or ISDN synchronous 64K access
point for 64K data communications.
• You cannot use DoPa access points.

Communications
Operating environment
The following table shows the PC operating
environment to use data communications:
*1 : Operations on the upgraded Operating System are
not covered by the warranty.
*2 : May differ depending on the PCs system
configuration.
Required devices
The following hardware and software are required as
well as the FOMA terminal and a PC:
• FOMA USB Cable with Charge Function 02
(optional) or FOMA USB Cable (optional)

connected to the DOCOMO PDA “musea” or

Ⅲ ”. Update “musea” to connect them
to the FOMA terminal. For details on how to
update, etc., visit the NTT DOCOMO website.

This FOMA terminal does not support Remote
Wakeup.

This FOMA terminal does not support FAX data
transmission.

Purchase the dedicated FOMA USB Cable with
Charge Function 02 or FOMA USB Cable. The
USB cable for PC cannot be used as the shape of
the connector is different.

Using USB HUB may not work correctly.
