Setting
the
Access
Point
Name
(APN)
● Save as a file
By the operation from “

and save)” in the menu, you can make a backup of the access point name (APN) setting registered
in the FOMA terminal or save the access point name (APN) setting during editing.
● Read from file
By the operation from “

(File)”
→

開く
(Open)” in the menu, you can read the access point
name (APN) setting saved in the PC.
● Read access point name (APN) information from the FOMA terminal
By the operation from “
ファイル
(File)”
→
“FOMA
端末から設定を取得
(Retrieve settings from the FOMA
terminal)” in the menu, you can read the access point name (APN) setting from the FOMA terminal.
● Write access point name (APN) information into the FOMA terminal
By clicking “FOMA
端末へ設定を書き込む
(Write settings into the FOMA terminal)”, you can write the
displayed access point name (APN) setting into the FOMA terminal.
● Dial-up setting creation function
To create the packet communication dial-up setting, select the access point name (APN) added or
edited on the access point name (APN) setting display and click “

are unregistered APNs in the FOMA terminal). Click “

If your service provider instructs to set the IP and DNS information, click “

(Set detailed
information)”, register the necessary information, and click “OK”. When you complete the setting
entry, click “OK”. Dial-up connection is created.
