The “W-TCP setup software” is the TCP parameter setting tool to optimize the TCP/IP transmission

capability for packet communication using the FOMA network. For fully taking advantage of the

communication performance of the FOMA terminal, the optimization of the communication setting is

necessary using this software.

When you have created the dial-up setting by putting a check mark for “
