22 Camera termination
The camera inputs can be controlled via software terminated with
a 75 Ohm resistor.
Normally, each video input is terminated regardless of whether or
not a camera is connected ("On" setting).
If the camera signal is to be forwarded to a second unit (e.g. 2nd
recorder) via a T-piece at the video output (signal loop through),
however, the termination must be lifted ("Off" setting). When doing
so, note that the corresponding video input on the second unit must
be terminated. Thus the termination must always occur at the last
link in the chain.
Incorrect termination of the video signal leads to signal corruption
(signal level, color, brightness etc.).
This dialog is accessed via:
Setup > System > Camera Termination

Click the button next to the camera connection you would like to
check or switch: On / Off.
