Warranty
Cytomedix assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, expense, incidents
or consequences arising directly or indirectly from the improper use of the
Cytomedix Angel
®
Concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma (cPRP) System.
Cytomedix hereby emphasizes that users must adhere strictly to the instructions
for use of the system and follow all precautions necessary for the correct use of
the system.
Cytomedix undertakes to replace any defective component of the Cytomedix
Angel
®
Concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma (cPRP) System in the event that such
component is defective when shipped by Cytomedix up to the time of delivery
to the final user unless such defect has been caused by mishandling by the
purchaser or the passage of any expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Cases in which the warranty shall not be effective
The warranty provided by Cytomedix with respect to repairs or updating of a
device no longer under warranty, shall be limited to the replaced parts only, and
shall not be effective for no more than three months from the date of replacement.
Warranty for replaced parts
Cytomedix guarantees spare parts and trained personnel will be available to
repair and/or service its devices for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date
each model ceases production.
Availability of spare parts
Cytomedix offers its customers “customized” maintenance contracts to meet
specific requirements. Interested customers may contact Cytomedix or the local
representative/distributor for further details and applicable contractual conditions.
Cytomedix guarantees that all maintenance work will be performed by trained
personnel, using original spare parts.
Maintenance contracts
a) Cytomedix products are always supplied complete with adequate
documentation, including, inter alia, instructions for correct use, identification
of replaceable parts and relevant replacement procedures, as well as the list
of routine care activities. Other details may concern any disposables needed
for correct use of the device.
b) All the documentation and information, drawings and descriptions contained
in the manual or, for whatever reason, provided to the user, shall be
considered as confidential and as belonging exclusively to Cytomedix. These
shall not therefore be revealed, distributed, copied or reproduced by any
means and for whatever purpose, nor to be given out for consultation, total or
partial, to anyone, without specific prior authorization being formally given by
Cytomedix.
c) Cytomedix reserves the right to make, without prior notice, amendments or
updates to the contents of previously distributed documentation.
