WARNING!!! The gasket "M" of the Figure 56
ensures the combustion chamber is sealed. If the
gasket is damaged DO NOT reuse it, it must be
replaced along with the burner unit. Consult the
manufacturer for information on replacing it.

primary heat exchanger (flue gas side)
1. - Remove the burner fan unit (section 8.4);
2. - Pass a cylindrical brush with plastic bristles inside the
combustion chamber;
3. - Using a suction device, suck up the unburnt residues
found inside the combustion chamber;
4. - Using a suction device, suck up the unburnt residues
found inside the combustion chamber;
5. - Rinse the heat exchanger with clean water to remove
residues and check that the space between the
exchanger elements is not clogged (the water must
naturally flow into the condensate siphon);
6. - Visually check that the burner and the combustion
chamber are in good condition;
a
WARNING!!! Every time the burner and the
primary heat exchanger are cleaned, check that
thermal insulation elements “G” and “H” are in good
condition see Figure 55. If necessary, replace them
(request the appropriate kit) together with the gasket
"L" of the Figure 55.
7. - Checking that the gaskets are in good condition and
