7 - USE
Error Error description Checks Solutions
Err 117 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
Err 118 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
Err 119 Return sensor circuit (1007) open Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "36" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 120 Supply 1 sensor circuit (1001) open Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "35" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 121 Supply 2 temperature sensor circuit (1005)
open
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "35" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.

Check that the eletrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "41" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 123 Flue gas 1 temperature sensor circuit (1006)
open
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "18" of Figure 1) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the sensor does not match, the double flue
gas temperature sensor must be replaced.
Check that the wires between the control
board and the double flue gas temperature
sensor are connected correctly
If the wires are not connected correctly, the
connections must be restored.
Err 124 Flue gas 2 temperature sensor circuit
(1014) open (N/A)
Err 125 Outdoor temperature sensor circuit (1004)
open
Check that the electrical resistance of the
outdoor temperature sensor (1004) matches
the graph in section 8.25
If the sensor does not match, it must be
replaced.
Check that the connection has been
connected correctly
If the wires are not connected correctly, the
connections must be restored.
