7 - USE
Error Error description Checks Solutions
Err 126 Return temperature sensor circuit (1007) in
short circuit condition
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "36" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 127 Supply 1 temperature sensor circuit (1001)
in short circuit condition
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "35" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 128 Supply 2 temperature sensor circuit (1005)
in short circuit condition
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "35" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 129 Domestic hot water temperature sensor
circuit (1002) in short circuit condition
Check that the eletrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "41" of Figure 2) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the electrical resistance does not match,
replace it.
Check the electric cables for connection
between the sensor and the control board.
If the electric circuit is damaged, repair it.
Where neither of the two previous cases
apply, replace the control board.
Err 130 Flue gas 1 temperature sensor circuit (1006)
in short circuit condition
Check that the electrical resistance of the
sensor (detail "18" of Figure 1) matches the
graph in section 8.24.
If the sensor does not match, the double flue
gas temperature sensor must be replaced.
Check that the wires between the control
board and the double flue gas temperature
sensor are connected correctly
If the wires are not connected correctly, the
connections must be restored.
Err 131 Flue gas 2 temperature sensor circuit (1014)
in short circuit condition (N/A)
Err 133 Incorrect frequency of main electrical supply Check that the electrical frequency is 50 Hz If the frequency is not 50 Hz, contact your
electricity supplier.
If the frequency is 50 Hz, replace the control
board.
Err 134 RESET key pressed too many times in short
period
Wait 5 seconds after each press of the
RESET key
Err 135 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
Err 136 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
Err 137 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
Err 138 Software error on the control board Replace the control board.
