Prendere conoscenza delle norme di sicurez-
za vigenti del cantiere in cui si opera.

te e capirne il significato.

Individuare le console di comando di segui-
to descritte.

Verificare i livelli dell’olio e del gasolio del
motore tramite gli appositi indicatori visivi.
7)
Assicurarsi che le saracinesche in corrisponden-
za dei tubi di pesca delle pompe siano aperte.
8)
Verificare che tutte le leve di comando sia-
no in posizione neutra.
9)
Verificare il corretto funzionamento di tutti i
Pulsanti di Emergenza.
10)
Verificare che tutte le protezioni previste sia-
no integre e presenti sulla macchina.
11)
Verificare che i pulsanti di emergenza siano
disinseriti.
12)
Verificare che nessuna persona sia nelle vi-
cinanze della macchina o che stia eseguen-
do interventi su di essa.
AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE DIESEL
1)
Leggere le istruzioni riportate sul manuale del
costruttore del motore diesel (allegato al pre-
sente).
2)
Leggere le istruzioni riportate sul manuale del
costruttore del quadro controllo e protezio-
ne motore(allegato al presente).
3)
Accertare l’esecuzione delle operazioni pre-
liminari.
4)
Attivare il sezionatore batteria posizionato
all’interno dei carter motore e pompe (fig.09
part.1).
5)
Individuare il quadro di controllo e protezio-
ne motore diesel (fig.10).
6)
Osservare scrupolosamente il quadro indivi-
duando la chiave di accensione (fig.10
part.1) ed il display di controllo (fig.10 part.2)
e segnalazione anomalie.
2)
Become acquainted with the safety
regulations applicable on the worksite.
3)
Pinpoint the fitted safety plates and
understand their meaning.
4)
Pinpoint the position of the workplaces
(Chap.7)
5)
Pinpoint the control panels described below.
6)
Check the level of the engine oil and diesel
fuel by means of the sight indicators.
7)
Make sure the pump suction pipe valves are
open.
8)
Make sure all the control levers are in neutral
position.
9)
Check the correct operation of all the
Emergency Buttons.
10)
Check the integrity and presence on the
machine of all the protections.
11)
Make sure all the emergency buttons are
disconnected.
12)
Make sure there is no one near the machine
or performing jobs on the machine.
STARTING THE DIESEL ENGINE
1)
Read the instructions in the diesel engine
manufacturer’s manual (attached).
2)
Read the instructions in the manual of the
control panel and engine cutout
manufacturer (attached).
3)
Make sure the preliminary operations have
been performed.
4)
Engage the battery disconnector positioned
inside the engine and pump guards (Fig. 09
detail 1).
5)
Pinpoint the diesel engine control panel and
cutout (Fig. 10).
6)
Carefully observe the panel and identify the
ignition key (fig. 10 part.1) and the display (fig.
10 part.2) for control and faults indicator.
