2.1 NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
Il presente capitolo ha lo scopo di infor-
mare i lavoratori delle norme essenziali per
la prevenzione degli infortuni.
É opportuno ricordare che in un campo come quel-
lo della prevenzione degli infortuni, ove il fattore
umano ha un'influenza determinante, nè le leggi
nè gli accorgimenti tecnici, pur indispensabili, pos-
sono avere efficacia se viene a mancare l'attiva
collaborazione del lavoratore.
É di primaria importanza, prima di iniziare ad ope-
rare su una macchina o su una attrezzatura sem-
plice o complessa, essere perfettamente a cono-
scenza della funzione e posizione di tutti i comandi
macchina, delle caratteristiche tecnicofunzionali
della stessa, e dell'uso specifico per cui è stata co-
struita e progettata.
Per il corretto impiego di
questa macchina, ed al fine
di salvaguardare l’incolumità del personale
addetto attenersi scrupolosamente alle se-
guenti norme.
1)
Mantenere in ordine e pulito il posto di lavo-
ro.
Il disordine sul posto di lavoro comporta peri-
colo. L’area su cui si deve eseguire la perfo-
razione o la movimentazione della macchi-
na deve essere sgombro da oggetti o cose
che possano impedire un agevole svolgimen-
to delle operazioni.
2)
Non lasciare utensili o chiavi sopra la mac-
china, o in prossimità di essa.
Dopo ogni intervento di manutenzione, o di
sostituzione di accessori, controllare accura-
tamente, prima di accendere la macchina,
di non lasciare chiavi o attrezzature sopra la
macchina o in prossimità di essa.
3)
Vestire in modo adeguato.
L’abbigliamento dell’operatore deve essere
il più idoneo possibile, vale a dire non troppo
ampio e privo di parti svolazzanti ed appigli.
Le maniche devono avere l’elastico. Non bi-
sogna portare cinture, anelli e catene. Usa-
re scarpe antinfortunistiche ed indossare
guanti protettivi per le mani. I capelli lunghi
devono essere legati da un elastico od op-
portunamente contenuti.
2.1 GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The aim of this chapter is to inform workers
about the basic precautions to be taken to
prevent accidents.
It is a good idea to remember that in a field like
that of accident prevention, where the human fac-
tor has a decisive influence, neither the law or tech-
nical solutions, albeit indispensable, will be effec-
tive without the cooperation of the worker.
Of major importance, before starting to work on a
machine or piece of equipment, whether simple
or complex, is that you are perfectly aware of the
functions and positions of all the machine controls,
of the technical and functional characteristics and
of the specific use for which the drill rig was built
and designed.
To use this drill rig correctly
and to safeguard operators,
carefully keep to the following instructions.
1)
Keep the workplace neat and tidy.
Workplace untidiness means danger. The
area where drilling is to be performed or
where the drill rig is to be moved must be free
of objects and things that could prevent
proper performance of operations.
2)
Never leave tools or spanners on or near the
drill rig.
After any maintenance jobs, or replacement
of accessories, carefully check, before start-
ing the drill rig, that no spanners or equipment
have been left on or near the drill rig.
3)
Dress in an adequate manner.
The operator should always wear suitable
clothing, meaning not too loose and without
hanging parts. Sleeves should feature elastic
cuffs. Do not wear belts, rings and chains. Use
accident-prevention shoes and safety
gloves. Long hair should be tied up with an
elastic band or suitably fastened.
