9.8.8 SOSTITUZIONE CARTUCCIA FILTRO
OLIO IDRAULICO SUL RITORNO
Assicurarsi prima di effettua-
re qualsiasi intervento di controllo o manu-
tenzione a bordo macchina che il motore sia
spento e la chiave di accensione sia
disinserita (fig.01 part.1).
Scollegare la batteria, agen-
do sula maniglia di disabilitazione (fig.02
part.1).
Esporre in prossimità delle consol di
comando il cartello “MACCHINA IN MANU-
TENZIONE - NON AVVIARE”.
La sostituzione della cartuccia filtro olio idraulico
(fig.11) è un'operazione importante al fine di ga-
rantire l'efficienza della macchina e dei compo-
nenti idraulici.
Si consiglia di eseguire la prima sostitu-
zione dopo le prime 50 ore di lavoro, e le
successive ogni 250 ore.
Il filtro è ubicato sopra il serbatoio dell’olio idrauli-
co (fig.12 part.1).
Eseguire la sostituzione seguendo la seguente pro-
cedura:
1)
Assicurarsi che non vi sia pressione nell'impian-
to.
2)
Pulire accuratamente la testata del filtro.
3)
Svitare ed estrarre le viti a brugola
(fig.11part.1).
4)
Ruotare di 45° il coperchio (fig.11 part.2) per
una più facile estrazione.
5)
Togliere il coperchio (fig.11 part.2).
6)
Estrarre la cartuccia unitamente al cestello
raccoglisporco (fig.11 part.5 e 6).
7)
Estrarre la cartuccia (fig.11 part.6) dal
cestello (fig.11 part.5).
8)
Pulire accuratamente il cestello con fluido
pulito ( benzina , solvente , alcol ) ; asciugare
con aria compressa - non con stracci o car-
ta.
9)
Inserire nel cestello la cartuccia nuova , com-
pleta di O-Ring , verificando che il codice
stampigliato sulla calotta (fig.11part.7) sia
esatto, lubrificare la guarnizione O-Ring.

9.8.8 CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC FLUID
FILTER CARTRIDGE ON THE RETURN PIPE
Before doing any control or
maintenance jobs on board the machine,
make sure the engine has been turned off and
the ignition key has been removed (fig.01
detail 1).
Disconnect the battery by
means of the disabling handle (fig.02 detail
1).
Hang up a notice near the control
panel indicating “MACHINE BEING SERVICED
- DO NOT START”.
Changing the hydraulic fluid filter cartridge (fig.
11) is an important operation for ensuring machine
and hydraulic part efficiency.
We recommend making the first change
after the first 50 work hours, and then every
250 hours.
The filter is located on the hydraulic oil tank (fig. 12
detail 1).
To change the filter, proceed as follows:
1)
Make sure the pressure is off in the system.
2)
Clean the filter head carefully.
3)
Unscrew the Allen screws and take them out
(fig. 11 detail 1).
4)
Turn the cover 45° (fig. 11 detail 2) to ease
removal.
5)
Remove the cover (fig. 11 detail 2).
6)
Take out the cartridge along with the refuse
basket (fig. 11 details 5 and 6).
7)
Take the cartridge out of (fig. 11 detail 6) the
basket (fig. 11 detail 5).

)
Clean the basket carefully with a clean fluid
(gasoline, solvent, alcohol); dry with
compressed air – not with rags or paper.
9)
Place the new cartridge with the O-Ring in
the basket, and make sure that the code
printed on the cap (fig. 11 detail 7) is correct.
Lubricate the O-Ring gasket.
