In caso di morse dotate con dispo
sitivo di chiusura anteriore, duran-
te le fasi di lavoro il traverso di chiusura deve
essere ben fissato tramite i perni e le
coppiglie a molla.
8.5.2 CARICAMENTO DELLE ASTE
SUCCESSIVE (INDICATIVO)
NB E’ assolutamente vietato per
l’operatore compiere manovre di ro-
tazione e avanzamento testa mentre l’aiutan-
te sta movimentando le aste.
1)
Mediante idonei mezzi da scegliere in fun-
zione del peso delle aste, l’aiutante porta
quest’ultima in posizione verticale (argano
con fune) e imbocca il filetto maschio del-
l’asta da caricare al filetto femmina dell’asta
infissa nel terreno.
2)
L’aiutante equilibra l’asta manualmente alli-
neandola con la testa di rotazione.
3)
L’operatore blocca l’asta da caricare chiu-
dendo la morsa superiore.
ATTENZIONE!! PERICOLO DI
SCHIACCIAMENTO DEGLI ARTI SUPERIORI.
4)
Una volta assicurato che l’asta sia ben fissata
alla morsa, l’aiutante si porta in posizione di
sicurezza lontano dal mast di perforazione.
5)
L’operatore,
dopo che l’aiutante si è
allontanato,
avanza con la testa di rotazio-
ne fino ad imboccare l’asta. Aziona la rota-
zione destra ed avanza con la spinta fino a
quando il filetto maschio dell‘asta è comple-
tamente innestato con il filetto femmina del-
la testa.
6)
L’operatore sblocca l’asta precedentemen-
te caricata aprendo la morsa superiore.
7)
L’operatore avanza con la testa di rotazio-
ne fino ad imboccare l’asta da caricare a
quella scesa nel terreno. Aziona la rotazione
destra
ed avanza con la spinta fino a quan-
do il filetto femmina dell’asta da caricare è
completamente innestato con il filetto ma-
schio dell’asta infissa nel terreno.
8)
L’operatore sblocca l’asta infissa nel terreno
aprendo la morsa inferiore.
9)
L’operatore aziona la rotazione ed avanza
con la spinta (La perforazione riprende).
10)
Regolare se necessario i parametri giri - spin-
ta - coppia.

8.5.2 SUBSEQUENT ROD LOADING
(APPROXIMATE)
CAUTION!! When the assistant is near
the mast, the operator must never
perform any mast rotation or movement
operation.
1)
Using suitable mechanisms to be selected
according to the rod weight, the assistant
moves the latter to vertical position (winch
with cable) and inserts the male thread of
the rod to be loaded in the female thread of
the rod fastened in the ground.
2)
The assistant balances the rod manually and
aligns it with the rotary drill head.
3)
The operator blocks the rod to be loaded by
closing the upper clamp.

4)
After ascertaining that the rod is fastened
properly in the clamp, the assistant moves to
safety position away from the drilling mast.
5)
After the assistant has moved away,
the
operator moves forward with the rotary drill
head until the rod is inserted. He commands
right rotation and moves forward with the
push until the male thread of the rod to be
loaded is fully inserted in the female thread
of the head.
6)
The operator releases the loaded rod by
opening the upper clamp.
7)
The operator moves forward with the rotary
drill head until the rod to be loaded is inserted
in that fastened in the ground. He commands
right rotation and moves forward with the
push until the female thread of the rod to be
loaded is completely fitted in the male thread
of the rod fastened in the ground.
8)
The operator releases the rod fastened in the
ground by opening the lower clamp.
9)
The operator commands rotation and moves
forward with the push (Drilling starts again)
10)
If necessary, adjust the rev - push - torque
parameters.
