Determining the temperature calibration coefficient:

To adjust the temperature curve of a bowl x in relation to a reference 
bowl, we first need a calibration coefficient. 

The calibration coefficient is the direct link between the reference 
bowl and bowl x that we use to establish the calibration coefficient.

Establishing the calibration coefficient involves:

1.

Choosing a so-called reference test and importing it into the 
instrument to be calibrated.

2.

Running a comparative test on bowl x with a zero temperature 
calibration coefficient.

3.

With the dough temperature curves from these two tests, 
establish the calibration coefficient.

■ 

Precautions before running the tests without adjusting the tem-

perature:

1.

Power on the instrument and run the Mixolab application.

2.

Access the "Configuration" menu then "Maintenance".

3.

In the maintenance menu's block diagram, access the "Mainte-
nance" icon (
