Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the Mixolab's left and right-hand covers (see op. 1-1)
and central cover (see op. 1-2) .
2. Unlock and remove the bowl from the mixer.
3. Loosen the mixing blade coupling screw at the bowl end ( A ).
4. Push the junction as far into the coupling as possible ( B ).
5. Loosen the mixing blade coupling screw at the distribution
block end (
C ).
6. Remove the mixing blade coupling from the distribution block
shaft (
D ).
7. Remove the coupling junction.
8. Fit the junction in the new coupling.
9. Mount the coupling onto the distribution block shaft.
10. Adjust the mixing blade coupling so that they are 10 mm from
the edge of the distribution block ( E ).
11. Tighten the coupling at the distribution block end (weak Loctite
threadlock) then adjust the mixing blades.
