Chapter 3 Repairs
The flour K factor aligns the Mixolab in relation to a reference.
1. Check that the K flour equals 1 or set it to 1 if necessary. In the
maintenance menu, click the brown tab (
A ).
2. Type the password "1576" and set the flour K factor to 1. Click
OK to confirm and close.
3. Run a test with a flour whose main features are known (humid-
ity, hydration and hydration base) using the CHOPIN protocol.
4. Stop the test after 10 minutes and record torque C1.
Note : If 1.05 Nm<C1<1.15 Nm, the K Flour setting is satisfactory.
Otherwise modify it by applying the formula .
After modifying the Flour K factor, perform a complete calibration
(see op. 12-11)
