Chapter 3 Repairs
This calibration is done after all the other calibrations.
1. On the "Configuration" tab then "Full calibration" ( A ), enter the
password (1576).
2. In the "Full calibration" window, choose the reference test in
the upper part (
Ba ).
3. In the lower part ( Bb ), select the last valid test.
4. Choose the bowl the tests concern ( Bd ).
5. Then click Start ( Bc ).
The software calculates the torque correcting factors at each point
of the curve and transfers them to the Mixolab.
A window indicates the end of the transfer. Click [OK] to confirm
(
Bc ).
6. On the "Configuration" tab then "Maintenance", tick the [Com-
plete calibration activated] function (
C ).
7. Run a test with the reference flour and compare the result with
that of the reference test.
