Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the right-hand cover (see op. 1-1) .
2. Disconnect the three hydraulic hoses from the solenoid valve.
The hoses must be handled with care. The water in the
hoses could damage electronic components.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the coupling ( A ).
4. Unscrew the solenoid valve bracket screw and remove the
assembly (
B ).
5. Extract the solenoid valve from the bracket and discard it.
6. Place the new solenoid valve in its bracket.
7. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the end fittings of the solenoid
valve as shown in the pneumatic wiring diagram.
The solenoid valve's end fittings are fragile.
8. Fix the bracket with its solenoid valve to the electronic support
with the screw (
B ).
9. Connect the solenoid's valve connector to the coupling ( A ).
10. Put the right-hand cover back on (see op. 1-1) .
11. Prime the hydraulic circuit.
