Chapter 3 Repairs

Remove the left and right covers of the Mixolab (see op. 1-1) ,
except for the hydraulic hoses under the Mixolab.
Special instructions for connections that may pose a problem:
a. Electrical connections

Locate the connectors on the CPU board, as certain connectors
are identical.

Remove the connections with the aid of a flat blade screwdriver to
release the lock.
Pull the connectors themselves, not the wires!
b. Hydraulic connections (cooling system)
Place the Mixolab on its side, letting it rest on its left-hand cover (not
removed).

The bowl unit's hydraulic hoses are hard to remove at the level of
the couplings. To extract them, press firmly on each side of the cou-
pling's plastic ring and pull the hose at the same time
(A) .

To remove the hydraulic hoses under the Mixolab, press hard on
the coupling's flange ring while pulling the hose (B) at the same
time (same procedure as for the bowl unit's couplings).

To prevent any leaks when the hydraulic hoses are replaced,
push the hose in as far as possible then pull it gently to ensure it is
watertight.
If you remove hoses and couplings, it is advisable to
replace them with new ones.
