Mixolab 2

Chapter 3 Repairs

230VAC present, disconnect the instrument.

Remove the right-hand cover of the Mixolab

(see op. 1-1)

Disconnect all the connectors on the CPU board.

Unscrew the CPU board's four retaining screws with an Allen
key

(A)

and remove the board.

Fit the new CPU board and fix it with the 4 screws.

Carefully connect all the connectors as shown in the diagram

“General circuit diagrams”, page 29

Put the Mixolab's right-hand cover back on

(see op. 1-1)

Adjust the Mixolab:

- Calibrate the pump

(see op. 12-8)

- Calibrate the temperature sensors

(see op. 12-2)

and

(see op. 12-4)

- Adjust the Flour K factor

(see op. 12-10)

- Carry out a full calibration

(see op. 12-11)
