Chapter 2 Trouble-shooting
ERR 52 "Motor overload (speed not
attained)!"
Measured speed (all acquisitions)
< 80% of the setpoint for 20 seconds
■
Confirm motor malfunction on the
maintenance screen (speed < setpoint).
■
The Mixolab indicator light is not green ->
wait for the bowl to cool down.
■
Run a test without the bowl: If the
message disappears, inspect the bowl
(clogging up, distorted mixing blades, state
of the mixing blades' two brackets) -> clean
or replace as needed.
■
Remove cover and rotate manually the
transmission shaft by the motor's meter disc;
if it rotates with difficulty:
- readjust alignment of the transmission
between the motor and the bowl unit,
- If the problem persists, isolate one by one
any faulty part (coupling, distribution block,
motor, torque meter, etc.) and replace it.
■
Speed measurement problem: reset the
induction sensor and change it if necessary.
■
if the problem persists, replace the motor.

ERR 53 "Motor speed servo-control problem!"
Measured speed (all acquisitions) >
110% of the setpoint for 20 seconds
■
Confirm motor malfunction on the
maintenance screen (speed < setpoint).
■
The Mixolab indicator light is not green ->
wait for the bowl to cool down.
■
Speed measurement problem: reset the
induction sensor and change it if necessary.
■
If the problem persists, replace the motor.

ERR 6 "Abnormal opening of cover!"
Open cover detected before the
motor stopped
■
Cover open -> close it an press OK.
■
Test the sensor on the maintenance
screen:
- If the fault is persistent, replace the sensor
(magnet or detector),
- If the fault is intermittent, inspect in
particular the fastenings of the magnet and
detector and the detector's wiring and
connections.
