Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the Mixolab's left and right-hand covers (see op. 1-1) .
2. Remove the silicone mastic ( A ) retaining the temperature sen-
sor on the white plastic plate.
3. Disconnect the safety cable and temperature measurement
connector (
B ) (PT100 sensor) on the CPU board then cut the
cable clip.
4. Remove the temperature sensor from the heating plate ( C ).
5. Coat the sensor with silicone heat dissipation compound and
mount the new temperature sensor in the heating plate.
6. Apply silicone mastic to the flush part of the resistors and the
temperature sensor on the white plastic plate.
7. Connect the safety and temperature measurement cable con-
nector to the CPU board then fix the cable with a clip.
8. Calibrate the temperature sensor (see op. 12-2) .
9. Replace the Mixolab's left and right-hand covers (see op. 1-1) .
