Maintenance manual

Mixolab 2

Chapter 3   Repairs

1.

Disconnect the hoses from the cooling system.

2.

Remove the water tank from the instrument.

3.

Place the instrument on its left-hand side (

A

).

In this position take great care, because the instrument is 
not stable and could easily tip over.

4.

Disconnect the hoses from the solenoid valve.

5.

Unscrew the two retaining screws on the solenoid valve 
bracket (

B

).

6.

Unscrew the retaining screw on the solenoid valve connector 
(

C

) then remove the solenoid valve connector.

7.

Remove the water solenoid valve.

8.

Connect the new solenoid valve and tighten the connector's 
retaining screw.

9.

Fit the new assembled solenoid and fix it with the two screws 
(

B

).

10. Reconnect the hoses to the solenoid valve.

11.

Put the Mixolab 2 flat on its feet.

12. Check the cooling circuit

(see op. 12-6)

.
