Chapter 2 Trouble-shooting
ERR 31 "Electronic fault on the Mixolab!"
Memory checksum or access
problem
■
Power off then power on the Mixolab.
■
CPU board problem
- Check all electrical connections on the Mix-
olab's CPU board.
- Replace the CPU board if the problem per-
sists.

ERR 32 "After an update to the embedded
system, when the Mixolab software
initializes, the Kflour2, bowl 1 or bowl
2 temperature coefficients are out of
limits"
■
Acknowledge the fault.
After acknowledgement, the coefficients
automatically initialize:
- Kflour2 = 1,
- CoefTempCuve 1 =0
- CoefTempCuve 2 =0
ERR 4 " Motor overload (too much torque)!"
Measured torque > 7.5 Nm
■
If necessary, wait for the bowl to cool
down (Mixolab indicator light green).
■
Lack of water in the bowl during the test ->
correct.
■
Remove and inspect the bowl: clogging
up, mixing blades distorted, state of the
mixing blades' two brackets -> clean or
replace.
■
Remove cover, uncouple the motor and
locate the cause of the "hard spots":
- Readjust alignment of the transmission
between the motor and the bowl unit,
- If the problem persists, isolate one by one
any faulty part (coupling, distribution block,
motor, etc.) and replace it.
■
Incorrect torque measurement:
- reset torque measurement,
- if the problem persists, replace the torque
meter or the CPU board.

Torque offset out of limits
(± 20% DAC at 2.5V)

Adjust torque measurement.
■
If the problem persists, replace the torque
meter.
■
Replace the CPU board if the problem
persists.

Motor safety relay out of order.
■
Power off the Mixolab.
■
Replace the CPU board.
