Inlet Section Tests

INL1

This tests the components of the left inlet

station.

The panel display shows:

DOWN/RUN/MED/SLO ROLLERS
209 301 303 304 211/212

INL2

This tests the components of the right inlet

station.

The panel display shows:

DOWN/RUN/MED/SLO ROLLERS
217 302 307 308 219/220

The control system automatically begins to

operate the air cylinder that raises and lowers

the upper arm of the appropriate inlet conveyor,

the appropriate inlet belts run at full, mid and

slow speeds, and the appropriate left and right

side pneumatic clutch/brakes for the selected

inlet station.

Transfer Section Tests

(TRN1)

This tests the components of the left inlet

section transfer section.

This test has a complex display. The top line

of the panel is constant and shows:

LTRAN(F-125,0-127,I-128)

This top line deals with input from the transfer

rodless air cylinder proximity sensors, testing the

forward, home and center sensors.

The bottom line of the panel cycles through

four different displays. Each one showing for

several seconds.

FOR-227 GRAB-213/214 BAK

This line deals with the pneumatic forward

movement of the transfer rodless air cylinder, and

closing of the left inlet station transfer clamps.

IN309 SLO-311 FLOOR-231

This line deals with the left transfer motor

moving to the middle of the machine at regular

and low speeds, and the left side conveyor

motor.

BACK 229 RELEASE-213/211

This line deals with the pneumatic reverse

movement of the left transfer rodless air cylinder,

and the pneumatic opening of the left and right

transfer clamps.
