Automatic Transmission Light

(If equipped)

This light should come on as you

turn on the ignition and it may

stay on for a few seconds. If it does

not, have it fixed.
If it stays on or comes on while you

lem with this system.

Overdrive Defeat Light

(If equipped)

This light should come on when

the Overdrive Defeat feature is

activated.

Safety Belt Reminder Light

If the driver’s belt is still not buck-

led when the ignition is turned on,

a light will come on to remind you

to fasten your safety belts.

Air Bag Light (If equipped)

The air bag light should flash for a

few seconds when the ignition is

turned to the on position, to indi-

cate that the system is operational.

If the air bag light does not flash

when the ignition is turned on, or

if it stays on, comes on while you

are driving, or flashes while you

are driving, there may be a prob-

lem with the air bag system or the

safety belt pretensioner system.
Have the vehicle serviced right

away.

CAUTION

If the air bag light stays on or
