10.12.16 Checking the Safety Labels
Check if the safety labels are located at their predefined position in and at the
equipment, refer to chapter 3.8 Safety Labeling on the Equipment, page 3-12. Check if
the safety labels are readable. Replace missing and/or unreadable safety labels.
10.13 Procedures for Every 4 Years
10.13.1 Inspections according to BGV, ch. A3 §5

According to inspection regulations stated by the German employer's liability insurance
association (BGV, chapter A3 §5), electrical systems and stationary electrical
equipment must be inspected at least every 4 years. These inspections must be carried
out by authorized and skilled personnel using the prescribed test equipment. We
recommend that you request trained centrotherm workers for this inspection.
The operating company is responsible for observation of these inspection intervals.
10.13.2 Inspections According to EN 60204-1
Tests (equipment grounding conductor test, insulation test and high-voltage test)
according to EN 60 204-1 (Regulation 0113 as stated by the Association of German
Electrotechnical Engineers) paragraphs 19.2 – 19.5 must be repeated every four years.
The operating company is responsible for observation of these inspection intervals.
