CAUTION - Hot Surfaces!

The thermocouples are very hot when removed from the process tube.

Wear heat protecting gloves to avoid burns.

Place the thermocouples upon a particle-free, nonflammable surface.

CAUTION - Hot Surfaces!

To avoid burns, allow the components to cool down to room temperature prior to
checking them.

If processes with dopant gas do not allow cooling down to room temperature, wear
heat protecting gloves to avoid burns.
