Transformer Box

The transformer box (option) is mounted on the back of the horizontal furnace. The
transformer box is equipped with the additional transformers and a fan needed for
PECVD processing.

4.8

Exhaust System

4.8.1

Toxic Gas Exhaust

The TGA toxic gas exhaust sucks off gases that are set free during loading and
unloading or in case of disturbance. The gas exhaust system in the area of the tube
closures consists of separately ventilated stainless steel chambers. A slide control can
be used to set the exhaust capacity for each chamber.

4.8.2

Exhaust Suction Box in the Gas Cabinet

The process gas exhaust suction box transfers all waste gases of the manufacturing
process into the customer's gas exhaust system.

The case exhaust in the gas cabinet prevents the enrichment and the escape of
process gases into the environment in case of leakages.

4.9

Display and Operating Elements

4.9.1

Signal Lamp and Horn

The equipment contains a signal lamp (option) with a horn. The signal lamp is installed
at the frontside loading station or at the operating panel. The signal lamp is equipped
with a red, yellow, green and blue light. The lights indicate the operational states of the
equipment.
