Alarm Handling

8.6.1

Alarm Display

If a fault occurs during equipment operation for which an alarm message is deposited,
this will be displayed as follows:

—

signal lamp

—

horn

—

red border around the "Alarms" button on the navigation bar

—

plain text alarm message on the alarm display

—

color change of the symbol for the concerned process tube in the "Jobs"
information field

When the "Alarm/Error" system status is displayed, you can call up the "Alarms"
information field with the Alarm button in the navigation bar.

The colored background of the alarm line has the following meaning:

RED

Error not eliminated, error message not acknowledged

YELLOW

Error not eliminated, error message acknowledged

GRAY

Error eliminated, fault message not acknowledged

WHITE

Error eliminated, fault message acknowledged

The red border of the "Alarms" button only goes out when no active alarms exist resp.
when all pending error messages have been acknowledged.
