Cell Controller

The cell controller (option) makes it possible to control the process and to plan service
measures from a central point.

4.9.5.1

centrotherm cell control Recipe Manager (CCC-RM)

The CCC-RM is used to create and manage recipes on the cell controller and to assign
them to the CESAR control computers. The recipes are centrally stored in a recipe
pool. The process data is checked and a protocol analysis can be carried out. The
CESAR control computer remote control is used for remote control of the CESAR
control computer processes via cell controller.

For further information on the recipe manager, please refer to the CCC-FL centrotherm
cell control Recipe Manager documentation, see chapter 12.3 Information on the
Control System, page 12-2.

4.9.5.2

ProtGraf

The ProtGraf program is used to look through and graphically evaluate protocol files
that were recorded by a CESAR control computer.

For further information on protocol analysis, please refer to the ProtGraf CESAR
Protocol Analysis documentation, see chapter 12.3 Information on the Control System,
page 12-2.
