Documents in the

Desktop Manager

When you open a document for annotation, the document appears in the
MultiPASS Viewer.

The following instructions summarize the procedures for annotating a
document. For additional information, refer to later sections in this
chapter.

To open a document in the MultiPASS Viewer:

In the Desktop Manager, do one of the following:

❏

Double-click the document.

❏

Select the document you want to open, and then click Open
Document on the File menu.

❏

Drag the document to the Open Document button on the command
bar.
