OUT-01 Thread trimming solenoid ON / OFF
Operate the solenoid once while the
treadle is ON.
OUT-02
Thread wiper solenoid ON / OFF
(Restriction) It will not operate when the needle up signal is OFF.
The disabled buzzer will sound and the message "Return
needle to up position" will appear.
Move the needle bar to the needle up
signal ON position, and operate the
solenoid once while the treadle is ON.
OUT-03 Presser foot lifting solenoid ON / OFF
Operate the solenoid once while the
treadle is ON.
OUT-04
Upper shaft slow speed/Stopped
During operation, the actual machine speed is also displayed in the
bottom-right of the screen.
Operate at 220 sti/min while the
treadle is ON.
Set pedal to OFF to stop.
OUT-05
Upper shaft middle speed/Stopped
During operation, the actual machine speed is also displayed in the
bottom-right of the screen.
Operate at 2000 sti/min while the
treadle is ON.
Set pedal to OFF to stop.
OUT-06
Upper shaft high speed/Stopped
During operation, the actual machine speed is also displayed in the
bottom-right of the screen.
Operate at 4000 sti/min while the
treadle is ON.
Set pedal to OFF to stop.
OUT-07 Feed pulse motor drive
Operates at 5 mm stitch pitch in
accordance with the upper shaft angle
while the pulley is being turned by
hand.
OUT-08 Buzzer ON / OFF
Buzzer is ON for 1 second while the
treadle is ON.
OUT-09 Illumination LED ON / OFF
Illumination LED illuminates while the
treadle is ON.
OUT-10 Upper shaft operation synchronization signal ON / OFF
ON signal is output while the treadle is
ON.
OUT-11 Option Output (OUT1)
ON signal is output while the treadle is
ON.
OUT-12 Option Output (OUT2)
ON signal is output while the treadle is
ON.
OUT-13 Option Output (OUT3)
ON signal is output while the treadle is
ON.
