System Parameters

Under System Parameters, the user can adjust the parameters listed below.

Parameter

Description

Dry Slides After Run

Select True or False. If True is selected, slides are air dried after a run. If False is selected, slides will
not be air dried.

Buffer Slides After Run

Select True or False. If True is selected, buffer will be applied to slides after the run completes at the
designated interval. If False is selected, slides will air dry after the run completes.

Select Post Run Buffer

Designates either Buffer or Aqua Rinse to be applied if Buffer Slides After Run is set to True.

Buffer Interval

Time in minutes between buffering of slides after run completion. Valid range is between 15 and 30
minutes.

Default Vendor

Default Vendor is Biocare Medical. This is displayed when creating a new reagent in Reagent Manager.

Default Negative

The Val Universal Negative Control is catalog number VLT8015

Instrument Parameters

Instrument parameters should not be modified by the user. Please call Technical Support for assistance.
