Add a Reagent in Mix Group

The Mix group is used to designate components of chromogens, enzymes, and ancillary reagents which will be used by the instrument
to perform on-board mixing of these reagents.

• From the Home Screen, select Data Manger, then go to Reagent Manager.
• To add a mixing component reagent under Mix, click the desired subgroup category. (Chromogen Components, Enzyme

Components, Ancillary).

• Click the Add (+) button below Reagent Details box to add a new reagent.
• Enter the Name, Catalog Number, Short Name, Vendor, and Incubation Time.
• Select Stability (Stable or Unstable) to designate whether the reagent needs to be made just before being dispensed or can be
made at the beginning of the run.
o Stable and unstable reagents are loaded in a 20mL reagent vial.
• Once all information has been entered, click Save (green check mark) and click Close.
