Additional Program Preparation & Setup

Custom Groups

Custom Groups allows the laboratory to create groups of protocols frequently used by the laboratory rather than having to scroll through
a list of protocols

How to Create a Custom Group

• From the Home Screen, go to Data Manager, then select Custom Groups.
• The Group Manager window will appear.
• On the bottom left of the screen click the Add (+) button and name the Custom Group.

• Name the Custom Group in the group tab.
• From Master Protocols list, select the protocols to be added to the Custom Group and click the arrow facing right to add to
Assigned Protocols.
• To remove a protocol from the Assigned Protocols list, select the protocol then click the left arrow.
• Click Close to save and exit the window.
