drive units as described in the section „Operation - Switching on/off“ in this manual Before
operating the manoeuvring aid, release the handbrake
Move the vehicle using the various buttons, always paying attention to your surroundings and
the terrain In single-axle mode, the [FR] (Fig1D) and [RL] (Fig1G) or [FL] (Fig1E) and [RR]
(Fig1F) buttons must be pressed together to use the „turn on the spot“ function This function
is disabled in two-axle and AWD mode
Turn on the spot options:
The soft start function of the motors means that the manoeuvring aid operates at a lower
speed for the fi rst 25 seconds Note that the general speed may increase slightly when driving
downhill and decrease slightly when driving uphill The manoeuvring aid is more effi cient when
the caravan is reversing up a slope
After manoeuvring, apply the handbrake before disconnecting the drive rollers from the tyres
Switch off the system by double-clicking the power button (Fig 1A) on the remote control The
indicator LED (Fig1B) on the remote control goes out Turn off the battery disconnect switch to
cut off the power supply to the electronic control unit(s)
Keep the remote control and the battery disconnect switch in a safe place (out of reach of child-
ren or other unauthorised persons)
After manoeuvring, be sure to apply the vehicle‘s handbrake before disengaging the manoeuv-
ring aid or switching off the electronic unit or handset Never rely on the manoeuvring aid to
act as a brake
Coupling and uncoupling
It is possible to position the caravan‘s trailer coupling exactly over the trailer coupling of a stati-
onary vehicle using the manoeuvring aid, but this should be done with care
Use the movement buttons on the remote control to move the caravan up to the car It is better
to reach the trailer hitch with several short „trips“ than to try to do it with one „trip“ When
the trailer hitch is just above the ball head of the car, lower the trailer hitch onto the ball head
and engage with the jockey wheel as usual Uncouple the manoeuvring aid from the caravan‘s
tyres (see Operation - Coupling/uncoupling the manoeuvring aid)
Do not attempt to pull your vehicle with the manoeuvring aid switched on! Make sure that all
rollers are fully disengaged If you try to drive away with the manoeuvring aid engaged, the
manoeuvring aid, the tyres of your caravan and your towing vehicle will be damaged!
in a short sequence to indicate that AWD mode has been set The LEDs on both electronic con-

with the remote control (1)
To test the confi guration, make sure that all drive rollers are disengaged and there are no
obstructions and press and hold the [F] button (Fig1C) All four rollers should rotate If no drive
rollers turn or only one axle turns, repeat the AWD setup process starting with a full reset of
your remote (1) as described in the note below
Note: For the remote control (1) to be paired correctly for AWD, it must not have previously
connected to any of the electronic control units (4) If this is the case, follow the instructions in
the „Complete remote control reset“ section of this manual Turn off the battery disconnect
switch to cut the power to the electronic control units (2) Repeat the AWD pairing procedure
as described above
Two-axle mode:
Single-axle mode:
Completely resetting the remote control
There may be times when you need to clear the pairing memory or reset the default settings
of your remote control In this case, perform a full reset of your remote control (1) by pressing
and holding the power button (Fig1A) and [FN] (Fig1K) until the remote control switches off
(approx 10 seconds) The next time you switch on the remote control, the LED will light up
solid red Pair your remote control as required by following the relevant section of this manual
and ensuring that you select the correct axis mode
Completely resetting the remote control
