Transferring Clips to Interplay
This topic contains information on how to transfer clips to Interplay.
To transfer clips to Interplay:
1. In the Inventory pane, click on a clip you want to transfer to Interplay. You can also
select multiple clips at once:
t
Ctrl+click and select individual non-consecutive clips.
t
Shift+click and select multiple consecutive clips.
2. Once your clip(s) are selected, right-click and select
Transfer to Interplay
from the
menu.
The selected clip(s) will be transferred to Interplay.
Transferring Clips to an Avid Editor and then to Interplay
This topic contains information on how to transfer clips to an Avid Editor, and then transfer
it to Interplay.
Before you can transfer a clip to an Avid Editor, you must have the following:
• The Remote Console application must be installed on an Avid Editor.
• The TransferManager Client (TMClient) must be installed on the Avid Editor.
To transfer clips to an Avid Editor and then transfer to Interplay:
1. In the Inventory pane, click on a clip you want to transfer to an Avid Editor.
2. Once your clip(s) are selected, drag and drop the clip(s) into a bin on your Avid Editor.
The selected clip(s) now reside on the Editor you dragged it to.
3. In the Project Window on the Avid Editor, click the Settings tab, then double-click on
Transfer.
The Transfer Settings dialog box opens.
4. Click the TMClient.ini, and add your AirSpeed Multi Stream Se4rver to the list.
The Transfer Settings dialog box opens.
5. Select the clip(s) you want to transfer, and drag it to the bin.
You will be asked if you want to transfer now or later.
6. Select Now or Later .
If you selected Now, the Transfer Status will show the clip transferring to Interplay.
