252 User Manual CIE 1.0 System Administration

Changes that are blocked in the CIE system

If you attempt to make changes that are not permitted in the CIE system, a message appears in the
CIE user interface.

You do not permitted to carry out the following actions.

• Create an email address that is already used by another user in C3000.

• Delete agents and topics that still have documents.
