Fax sender identifier Enter an individual sender ID for the user.
Cost center Enter a cost center (any string).
Street Shows the street. This entry is used as the placeholder variable for the

Place Shows the place. This entry is used as the placeholder variable for the

Activity/Designation Specifies the activity or the designation. This entry is used as the
